Brought from the roots of snowboarding, this binding offers the strength and control that every rider should demand. The Gator binding daunts a new aluminum co-injected plate. There is literally a plate inside a plate. We were out to design the strongest binding on the market so we made the inner aluminum plate run to the back of the heel area. This cuts out dreaded heel lift and makes this binding ultra responsive. This design also looks really cool. We kept windows in the Nylon plate design, so you can see the aluminum. Then we anodized and laser etched the aluminum to match the art on the Gator Pro model metal badge. We used an ultra soft snowboard, like liner, sewn to the plate. Then we lasted the whole boot to get rid of any hot spots, this makes for a perfect fit. We also incorporated a webbed ankle strap that crosses the top portion of the ankle to keep your heel down and in place. Two lace locks with pulls that slide away in to specially designed pockets. We paid attention to every detail, with drain holes in both sides of the plate’s heel area. Soft boomerang shaped heel kidneys to help lock in your heel. A specially designed EVA foot bed with more cushion in the heel for shock absorption and a thinner cupped toe area for more response. This whole binding was designed for the rider who wants the very best. Put this new gator binding on the new Gator Pro model wakeboard (a carbon fiber wrapped board with ATCS - Adjustable Track Control System) and you will have the best wakeboard setup money can buy not to mention one of the lightest.
